Ryan arrived on time and immediately went to work setting up his prep area next to the grill. He seemed at home with his setup and was very efficient. If he wasn’t sure about anything he didn’t hesitate to ask. His goal from the get-go was to make the event go as smooth as he possibly could, and he succeeded. The quality of the food was never a concern for me as I’ve had his cooking plenty of times before (for those who haven’t, you’re missing out).
